I have been grinding my teeth at sleep lately. I think it is most related to stress of the ilnesses I have or directly a part of the ilness.
Ihave a night guard but this is not the solution of the problem.
I dont know what to do. Should I see a doctor? Or any suggestions are welcome. I only use supplements not abx.
    Thanks

I used Magnesium Calm. It helped me to relax. You might research magnesium for yourself?
