    Hi,

I’m currently taking 300 mg of Mino per week (100 mg M-W-F). My doctor would like to add 250 mg of Azithromycin into the mix, however I’m not sure how to do this. Do it take it on the same days as the Mino?

    Hi,

Ideally, you would take them on the same days, but that might be difficult for you to handle at first. It would probably be best to start out taking them on different days, and then move them to the same days after a few months (when you’re tolerating the combo OK). What does your doctor recommend?

Thanks, Phil. Given my previous sensitivity issues, I think I should start off slow. The bad thing is, I can’t remember us discussing a “routine”, other than “just take 250 mg once weekly”. Do I have to worry about taking it on an empty stomach like the Mino, or does the body absorb it regardless?
