Has anyone tried actemra with rheumatoid arthritis. . And dose it have any drug interaction with vibramycin and clindamycin ??

I stopped taking it 2 years ago because of pregnancy and breastfeeding but I should be back on both vibramycin and clindamycin soon .., but I started actemra today …hoping to stop the activity in my hands and feet .. do you have experience with actemra ?? When should I start to feel the effect ??? And does AP work with biologicals particularly actemra? ?

No, I haven’t needed to use any strong immunosuppressants.
